Privacy Policy

Short version: this site has no analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies and no mailing list. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form, and it goes to one inbox — mine.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name, your email address, your website address (optional) and a message. That is all it asks for and all it stores. Submissions are saved in this site's own database and emailed to [email protected]. Nobody else receives them.

What the server records automatically

Like every web server, this one writes an access log: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string and the referring page. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting, nothing else.

Access and error logs are rotated and deleted after 14 days.
Form submissions are kept until you ask me to delete them, or until I no longer need them to answer you.

Third parties that see a request

Three, and no more:

Cloudflare sits in front of this site as a CDN and firewall, so it handles every request and sees your IP address.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact form to block automated spam. It is a privacy-focused alternative to reCAPTCHA and does not profile you across sites.
Google Fonts serves this site's typeface, which means Google receives your IP address when the font loads.

There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or retargeting code, and no session-recording or heatmap tool on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies for visitors. WordPress sets a session cookie only if you log in to the admin area, which regular visitors never do. Cloudflare may set its own security cookie to distinguish real traffic from bots.

What I will never do with your information

Sell it, rent it, or share it with a data broker.
Add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence because you filled in the form.
Push it into a CRM or an enrichment tool to build a profile on you.

If you send me your URL for a free assessment, I use it to run the assessment and to reply. That is the whole purpose.

Getting your data removed

Email [email protected] and ask. I will delete your form submission and confirm when it is gone. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be in a jurisdiction that grants you the right.

Children

This is a business site for business owners. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts using something that touches your data — analytics, a booking tool, a payment processor — this page gets updated before that goes live, and the date below changes.
