My focus is on customer service. In general, I believe the technology itself is the easy part. Satisfying my clients takes more than just doing something technical or coding a solution. It takes being there for my client and letting them know I am always available for them with any question they have.
I strive for a long term relationship with my clients, not a one time cash windfall interaction. I stand behind my work and always promise to be there in the future if its not done properly.
